A Workplace That Listens
Contemporary office redesign

What changes when an office is designed around the people who use it every day?

Used as part of my MA, this Surrey-based office was redesigned to bring contemporary design and practical workspace solutions into balance. The starting point was the team itself: how they work, what they need from their surroundings, and how the space could support them rather than simply house them.

Health and wellbeing, inclusivity and neurodiversity shaped the design from the outset. Layout planning, material selection, lighting design and spatial flow were considered together, so that each decision supports comfort, clarity and ease of movement, and so that people with different ways of working and different sensory needs can feel at home.

The result is a cohesive workplace that is considered in every detail, one that looks refined and works efficiently, and that quietly supports the wellbeing of the people within it.
